Vojtech joined the Land O’Lakes R&D team in 1986. He is one of the
most experienced and knowledgeable experts on process cheese in the
industry. Focusing solely on new product development for food manufacturing,
John works closely with customers to develop custom products to meet
specific application requirements. His scientific knowledge of cheese
has been instrumental in developing a number of innovative products
to help customers improve product performance, enhance processing efficiency
and reduce ingredient and manufacturing costs.
