<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>Can
cheese be frozen?<br>
</strong> <nobr>Land O’Lakes</nobr> does not recommend freezing cheese in its bulk
form. Freezing can alter the structure, body and performance of the cheese.
We suggest storing it at normal refrigerated temperatures between 35°F
to 45°F. When stored properly, <nobr>LAND O LAKES®</nobr> Process
and Natural Cheeses have a long shelf life, ranging from 4 to 9 months,
depending
on the
variety.</font></p>
<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>Can
butter be frozen?<br>
</strong> Yes. Butter actually freezes quite well if kept in its original
package under proper storage conditions. Frozen butter should be kept
at temperatures between 0°F to 18°F, away from other foods that might
impart odors.</font></p>
<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>Does
<nobr>Land O’Lakes</nobr> create custom formulas?<br>
</strong> Yes. Custom product development is one of our key strengths.

<nobr>Land O’Lakes</nobr> provide Certificates of Analyis (COAs)?<br>
</strong> Yes. Our standard COAs: for Process Cheese cover compositional
data (fat, moisture, pH, and salt), coliform, yeast and mold. Standard
COAs for Natural Cheese cover fat, moisture, pH and salt. We also provide
additional testing for specific COA requirements at additional cost.</font></p>
<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>Can
a customer pick up product from <nobr>Land O’Lakes?</nobr><br>
</strong> Yes. Minimum orders of 18,000 lb. can be picked up directly
from the <nobr>Land O’Lakes</nobr> processing plant. Minimum orders of 5000 lb. can
be picked up from one of our distribution centers. To arrange for pick
up, call Customer Service at 800-762-5686.</font></p>
<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>Can
different <nobr>LAND O LAKES®</nobr> products be mixed on the
same order to achieve better delivery pricing?<br>
</strong> Yes, as long as you order full pallets of individual products.</font></p>
<p class="bodytext"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#006699"><strong>What
is the largest size that Natural and Process Cheeses are available
in?<br>
</strong> The largest size available for <nobr>LAND O LAKES®</nobr> Natural
Cheese is 40-lb. blocks. Our Process Cheeses are available in 45- to
50-lb.

often does the pricing change on <nobr>LAND O LAKES®</nobr> products?<br>
</strong> Prices change weekly, based on CME markets. Our weekly pricing
is generally based on the average closing prices of CME block/barrel,
